It is my intention to take a very solution focused approach in therapy to assist in alleviating unresolved issues so people can live as healthy lives as possible. In developing a multifaceted approach, I have attending multiple Advanced EMDR trainings to best assist in my therapeutic approach. I also have engaged in Sand Tray trainings and classes to best address the therapeutic needs of children who do not yet have the verbal/cognitive skills necessary to process their thoughts and feelings. I have also become very adept in understanding sensory issues and concerns.
