I was originally trained as a mental health rehabilitation counselor, helping people overcome and cope with life changing events. The emphasis of that work embodies helping to identify and build on client strengths when facing life challenges. I have continued that emphasis in my mental health practice with teens and adults. I believe in empowering people, through a variety of techniques, to achieve change in their life. My work as a therapist for the past thirty years has helped me gain a great respect and deep regard for human turmoil.
I have worked in Prescott, Arizona since 1989. I am a licensed professional counselor and I am trained to work with adolescents, families, disabilities and substance abuse. I enjoy working with clients and believe it is a privilege to serve families in need.
