Change in life can leave us feeling lost, overwhelmed or just unprepared for the next step. Current situations or long standing issues may be impeding happiness and a fulfilling life. My role as a therapist is to honor your individuality by supporting you in finding the answers that are often within and not yet recognized.

Although cognitive behavioral therapy is a method I favor, my practice is generally eclectic in nature . The type of therapy is dependent on the client's comfort level and preferences. I might utilize expressive arts therapy if one is trying to identify and allow emotions to evolve in a more tangible form. Guided imagery, relaxation techniques and supportive therapy could be beneficial in areas of stress reduction, pain management or with health concerns. Psychospiritual counseling is helpful if one is seeking a more holistic approach. Together we can adapt sessions to fit your needs.

To learn more please feel free to call and we can discuss what might be helpful in your particular situation.
