For twenty-nine years I have been in the practice of brief and long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy. Listening to and understanding the uniqueness of each individual forms the foundation of how I work. In addition to treating symptoms, I endeavor to know each individual as a whole person well enough to discover and address the causes of problems. Essentially, I engage with people in a mutual exploration of their difficulties hopes, and dreams in a safe, respectful, nonjudgmental, and confidential setting.
