Dealing with all the responsibilities of daily life and relationships can be stressful. If an unexpected crisis comes along on top of that, we can tip over the edge emotionally. In addition, all of us have internal issues that can impinge upon our ability to live fully and experience peace , joy, and contentment. My work as a therapist places importance on the value of connection, building trust, and authentic relationship. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques in my work, but overall I strive to understand you and/or your child as a unique individual and offer my help based on that connection with you as a person. My work is influenced by not only my training in psychology, but also by nonviolent communication, meditation, and mind-body modalities.
